Job Summary:

As a Dishware Sanitizer at Ruby Tuesday, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. This includes setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements. Additionally, you will wash and store all tableware and kitchenware, as well as bag and haul dish room trash.
