Compensation Package
This anesthesiologist opportunity offers a guaranteed salary of $500,000 per year, with additional incentives up to $50,000 based on performance metrics. A starting bonus of $50,000 and relocation assistance are also available.

Responsibilities
We seek an anesthesiologist to join our collaborative care team at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. As a level II trauma regional medical center with 385 beds, our team handles a wide range of procedures, including OB, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and ENT.
Qualifications
- Completed ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency
- Board certification in anesthesiology (ABA) or eligibility within 24 months of training completion
- State of Washington medical license
- Able to obtain DEA with full prescriptive authority
Salary Range: Estimated hourly rate is $240.00 - $264.42, which translates to an estimated annual salary of approximately $499,200 - $550,056. The exact salary will be determined based on factors such as experience and qualifications.
