At Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, we're seeking a talented and experienced Hair Color Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our guest-centric approach, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional hair color services and creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

About the RoleWe're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively as part of a close-knit team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized consultations and expertly execute hair color services that meet our high standards of quality and attention to detail.
To achieve this, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask with ease, and remain composed under pressure. Additionally, you'll be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to achieving sales goals and other performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized consultations and executing hair color services to the highest standard
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company standards
- Meet sales targets and performance indicators by upselling services, promoting products, and driving revenue growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and support a positive work environment
- Cosmetology license in good standing
- 1+ year of experience as a hair color specialist in a salon environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and ability to operate them efficiently
- Fluency in English for effective communication with guests and colleagues
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
