Job Summary

IntelyCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including post-acute facilities, and enjoy a flexible scheduling system that allows you to choose when and where you want to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions and track their vital signs
  • Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns
  • Administer and verify medications, track use and effects
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility environment for residents
  • Track medical records and charts
  • Assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Manage medical supplies and maintain inventory
  • Adhere to resident care plans and work with staff to orient and train new colleagues
