Infojini Healthcare seeks a highly skilled Infection Preventionist to lead our IPC program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our infection prevention and control plan in accordance with leading practices and regulatory agencies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and at least 3 years of acute care or infection control experience. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is required, while a Master's degree and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) are preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an effective IPC program that meets regulatory requirements and leads best practices.
  • Collect, trend, and maintain infection control data and statistical reports.
  • Provide education and training on IPC to all staff members, patients, families, and communities.
  • Collaborate with the IPC committee and other teams as needed.
  • Conduct travel to various sites within Infojini Healthcare to assess, educate, and train.
