Job Description

The Solution Architect plays a crucial role in helping customers analyze their current architecture, define their target, and develop a roadmap to implement our leading Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current architecture and define target architecture
  • Develop roadmap to implement Bank Operating System
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience as an Architect
  • Salesforce Technical Architect certification or similar credential preferred
  • Large FI experience, particularly with Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, Enterprise Architecture framework
  • Experience with analysis, implementation, Solution, Technical, Application Architecture based solutions
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Configuration, Customization, integration
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and services, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, FSC, and Service Cloud and App Exchange products
  • Hands-on experience in API Integrations
  • Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods
  • Passion to deliver high-quality solutions to banking customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in an Agile development environment
