Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in identifying students with communication disorders and providing individualized services to support their educational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify potential communication needs, including articulation, expressive/receptive, pragmatic language, and swallowing.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to address the communication needs of students with speech language impairments and various disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records, including service logs, progress monitoring, and goal reporting.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school staff to ensure effective communication and support for students.

Requirements:

  • Delaware license to provide SLP services.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school setting, providing SLP services.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
