We are seeking an experienced and qualified Sous Chef to join our team in organizing the kitchen's activities. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will work closely with the Chef to ensure high-quality dishes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of new or existing culinary creations, ensuring variety and quality of servings. This includes approving and polishing dishes before they reach customers, planning orders of equipment or ingredients based on identified shortages, arranging for repairs when necessary, and remedying any problems or defects.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef with excellent food preparation skills.
  • Ability to divide responsibilities and monitor progress effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
  • Credentials in health and safety training.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate must be flexible with hours based on event times and have a strong commitment to complying with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
