Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our team at Prime Healthcare. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic nursing care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with medication administration.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Phlebotomy certification (preferred).
  • Current EKG certification (preferred).
  • Current BLS (AHA) certification and maintain current.
  • Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  • Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office (preferred).
