The estimated annual salary for this position is $59,120 - $112,240 based on an hourly rate of $14.42 - $27.44 in Boone, CO.

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Luthier with a passion for craftsmanship and customer service. As our Master Guitar Craftsman, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments
  • Maintaining store-owned gear to ensure it's always in pristine condition
  • Completing warranty repairs with precision and efficiency
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and exceed their expectations
