Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Virtual Care Center team. As a Contingent Home Care RN, you will provide one-to-one care to patients in their homes, utilizing cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes, including assessment, care planning, and intervention.
  • Utilize advanced remote monitoring technology and 24/7 access to our Virtual Care Center RNs to enhance clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Follow physician orders and adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as our policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
  • One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse.
  • Home care experience preferred but not required.
