The Line Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our Members and Guests. This role supports a la carte and private event food production while maintaining consistent food preparation and plate presentation.

In this role, you will:

• Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with tasks as requested, working at an efficient pace to meet business needs.
• Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Prior experience as a Cook.
• A working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
• Previous Country Club or Restaurant experience preferred.
• An ability to stand for long periods of time.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
