Automotive Store Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team at American Tire Depot. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our store operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily store operations and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Implement and execute company initiatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to achieve performance targets and company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our store remains competitive and innovative.
- 1 year of experience in a management capacity, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business growth and improvement.
- ASE certification or equivalent experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
