Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently and accurately.
  • Process payments, handle cash, and balance the house bank.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
