Front Desk Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Process payments, handle cash, and balance the house bank.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
