Salary: The estimated hourly rate for this Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is between $24 and $33, which is 25% higher than the average pay range in the area.

Job Description: As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will provide high-quality care to residents in post-acute facilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include measuring vital signs, observing residents, serving meals, assisting with activities of daily living, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and communicating effectively with medical staff and residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a current Massachusetts CNA certification, knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures, strong observational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. You should be able to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
