About the Role

This position involves leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market to achieve sales objectives and grow the overall business. The ideal candidate will establish store-level growth plans that align with Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization. They will build customer relationships and communicate plans quarterly with business partners to identify opportunities and action plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on all growth opportunities to grow market share on strategic brands through the execution of DSDE best practices
  • Utilize sales data tools to drive effective decisions with frontline salespeople and drive brand growth with customers
  • Establish store-level growth plans that connect to Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably, and at least 3-5 years of experience in customer relations or sales. They must also have experience leading and influencing others, as well as proficiency in computer skills, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. A valid driver's license with a safe driving record is required, as well as the ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
