About the Role:
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the director of first impressions for our guests. You will set the tone for their entire stay by answering the phone, greeting guests, and providing exceptional customer service.
You will be the go-to person for our guests, answering questions, providing directions, and fulfilling their requests. You will also communicate with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure that our guests' needs are met.
About You:
We are looking for a positive and team-oriented individual who can work flexible hours, including weekends. You must be able to adapt to multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest service issues, and taking ownership of the situation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our guests are taken care of and that our hotel's safety and security measures are met.
