Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pediatrician to provide exceptional primary care services to patients from birth to 19 years old. The ideal candidate will be a leader who thrives in collaborative environments, values evidence-based practice, and prioritizes patient-centered care.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat various diseases and injuries in children.

  • Order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and create treatment plans accordingly.

  • Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients and families on treatment plans.

  • Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients as needed.

  • Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants within California regulations.

  • Efficiently document all patient encounters according to policy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Credentials:
  • A medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • A current California medical license.

  • Completion of an accredited residency program.

  • A current DEA certificate.

  • Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics.

  • A current CPR certification.
