Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for building relationships with local community organizations, healthcare providers, and seniors to promote our healthcare services and educate them about our high-touch care model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior-focused community-based organizations, health plan agents, insurance brokers, and social workers.
  • Create and execute outreach plans to engage seniors and promote our services through various channels, such as events, presentations, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive new member growth and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on outreach activities, sales performance, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our members and customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage and senior-focused healthcare, as well as negotiation, probing skills, closing skills, and handling objections.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to large audiences and one-on-one settings.
  • Positive attitude, with a warm and gentle disposition that resonates with our target market and their caregivers.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish language skills a plus.
