Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored education plans (IEPs) to cater to the unique needs of students.
  • Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special requirements.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
  • Regularly monitor and assess student progress to inform future educational strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Valid California teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in special education is highly valued.

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
