Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to bulk order sales leads from our website.
  • Develop creative solutions to meet customer needs, including substitutions and add-ons.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for store inquiries regarding bulk orders.
  • Collaborate with buyers to secure necessary products for fulfillment.
  • Proactively communicate with customers throughout the ordering process.
  • Monitor shipments and address any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain post-delivery contact to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
