Kitchen Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Specialist at Talula's kitchen in Aberdeen, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and stocking stations with seasonal ingredients, preparing and cooking sauces, dressing, and standard menu items, as well as hand-stretching pizza dough during service.

This is a full-time/part-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $17-$19 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, employee discount, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid training, referral program, and vision insurance.

The ideal candidate will have cooking experience, preferably with a focus on Italian cuisine. They should be able to meet scheduling commitments, communicate effectively, and have reliable transportation. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to learning and growing are essential qualities for this role.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and stock inventory. You will also assist with implementing specials and maintaining timing, food safety, and general kitchen etiquette.
