Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution:
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and execution strategies.
- Engage in email prospecting and email marketing campaigns to expand our customer base.
- Assist in planning and executing strategies to meet sales goals.
- Meet sales quotas and ensure net sales growth.
- Merchandising:
- Ensure that Varsity Made products are displayed effectively to engage customers.
- Collaborate with the CEO on merchandising strategies for new products and promotions.
- Maintain product presentation standards.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to fulfill custom design requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Involvement:
- Assist in developing and executing overall sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives.
- Collaboration:
- Work directly with the CEO and Founder on company direction and decision-making.
- Contribute to broader company goals, sharing insights from sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in fashion, custom apparel, or merchandising.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising roles.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in email marketing and prospecting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with marketing strategy and client engagement.
- Driven, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for growing a business.
