Senior Physical Therapist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physical Therapist to join our team in Brighton, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to provide top-notch physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
About the RoleWe are looking for a senior-level physical therapist with expertise in orthopedic physical therapy to practice in collaboration with other members of an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating physical therapy needs, developing treatment plans, and providing education to patients, families, and others.
The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to direct and supervise support personnel, manage technical, environmental, and financial resources effectively, and participate in performance improvement activities to implement best practices.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program;
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, preferably in an acute care setting;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations;
- Computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records systems.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance programs, and paid time off.
