Job Summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a talented Teller to join our team at the Kona Branch. As a Teller, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals to seasoned investors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Personal alignment with our core values - Caring, Character, and Collaboration
  • One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
