Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $62,400 and $75,120, based on an hourly rate of $30-36 per hour and a full-time schedule.

Job Description

This role involves supervising bioremediation teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. The successful candidate will estimate project scopes, manage cleanups, handle necessary paperwork, and lead customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively assist the team in various bioremediation projects to provide top-notch service to our clients
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs, serving as a key figure in project management
  • Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process
  • Onsite supervision and participation in various biohazard remediation projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Reside locally and respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Completed Aftermath's Field Learning Path within 30 days of start and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start
