Job Summary

As an Imaging Technologist at Marshall Medical Centers, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care through the performance of clinical imaging procedures. This includes Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, General X-ray, and Ultrasound exams, where qualified at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Receives and processes necessary patient information, utilizing independent judgment and initiative to perform imaging exams according to policy while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and protection.
Maintains the uniform operation of the department by performing a broad range of duties, including assisting the radiologist and attending physician.
Communicates effectively and appropriately, works efficiently and productively, and maintains a clean and safe environment by demonstrating proper use and care of equipment.

Qualifications

ARRT Licensure or NMTCB required. Must be registered/registry eligible in four additional modalities. When one of two modalities is Ultrasound, must be ARDMS registered.
Expected to take call in any area after the completion of competency requirements are met. CPR certification is also required.
