Job Summary

As a Dental Office Manager at Aspen Dental, you will lead the office in all operations, supporting the doctors to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You will participate in an extensive ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Hire, develop, manage, and retain the office staff.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection, ensuring high-quality care.
  • Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plans to support business goals, and create strategies to increase profitability.
  • Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to optimize patient experience and business performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A people-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $67,000 per year, plus monthly and quarterly incentive earnings. Limitations apply, please see recruiter for details.
