Pedagogical Specialist

This is a permanent position with 20 to 25 hours per week. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Cologne Mülheim.

• Develop and implement case-management plans for students with diverse needs.
• Provide individual and group support for children and adolescents, focusing on social work and youth support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Bring creativity and enthusiasm to your work, using your skills and interests to engage with students.
• Respond effectively to changes and unexpected events, prioritizing the well-being of students and colleagues.

• Completed training as an Educator or Childhood Education, or a Bachelor of Arts in Social or Special Education or Social Work.
• Practical experience in social work with a focus on youth and family support in the community.
• Knowledge of social group work and individual support for children and adolescents.
• Ability to work creatively and think outside the box.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
