About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of foremen and craft personnel to achieve project goals.
  • Review and approve material take-offs, layouts, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with engineering, estimating, purchasing, and planning teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex issues and ensure project completion within budget and schedule.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of contract terms, conditions, and scope.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical contracting, with a minimum of 5 years as a foreman, superintendent, or similar role.
  • Relevant licenses and certifications, such as a Master's license for plumbers.
  • Well-rounded experience in multiple trades, as supervision of multiple trades will be required.
