">Job Description:
">This role involves maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our stores, equipment, and fixtures by performing inspections, cleaning, and repairs under the guidance of the local General Maintenance Manager.
">You will also be responsible for following established schedules and guidelines to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- ">
- Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling">
- HVAC/R Certificate of Completion through Live Better U and Penn Foster Career School">
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods and move up and down ladders frequently">
- Mechanical maintenance or construction-related field experience for commercial HVAC/R and building controls (preferred)">
