Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HCM Sales Executive to join our team in Buffalo, NY. As a sales professional, you will specialize in technical services, products, and systems to drive business growth for our Emerging Market clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience selling in the HCM industry or in technical sales, with a proven ability to prospect for new logos and manage key COI relationships. You will be proficient in using CRM software, presentation tools, and possess effective cold calling techniques.
About the Role- Sell technical services, products, and systems to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on new logo generation through both cold calling/prospecting and COI relationships.
- Identify and engage potential new customers through strategic visits and calls.
- Create and conduct technical presentations and demos to showcase current and future products.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary in the $70-$80K range based on experience, plus uncapped commission. Additionally, you will have access to personal, group training, and career advancement opportunities, as well as leadership development through individualized support and career mentoring.
Other benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, life insurance, and STD/LTD. The estimated salary for this role is around $75,000 per year, not including commission.
