Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a clinical or educational setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services, developing personalized treatment plans, and promoting independence and functional improvement for clients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address their goals and objectives.
  • Therapeutic Services: Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of conditions, including physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.
  • Education and Training: Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to improve daily living skills, promote independence, and enhance overall well-being.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, clients, and their families, to ensure comprehensive and effective therapy outcomes.
  • Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for each client, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Licensure: Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
  • Experience: Experience in providing occupational therapy services, particularly in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
