Agricultural Territory Business Development Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales within your assigned territory, focusing on cultivating relationships with agricultural clients and promoting our cutting-edge microbial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
- Train and Mentor Sales Representatives: Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure sales representatives are equipped to meet their targets, training them on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective territory management.
- Conduct Regular Sales Calls: Engage with existing and potential customers to promote Pivot Bio products and services, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within agricultural organizations.
- Lead and Develop a Sales Team: Identify, recruit, and onboard talented sales representatives within the territory, collaborating with Channel Development and Sales Effectiveness to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize prospects within the territory through market research and networking, implementing effective prospecting strategies to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities.
This exciting opportunity requires a proven track record of success in agricultural sales, preferably in the biotech or agribusiness industry, with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
What We Offer:- Competitive Salary: $92,000-$115,000 USD per year, depending on experience.
