Leadership Opportunity in Pediatric Rheumatology

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our pediatric rheumatology program, driving strategic growth and excellence in patient care.

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced physician leader to join our team at Tower Health's St. Christopher's Hospital for Children.

The successful candidate will provide medical leadership related to quality, clinical initiatives, education, and research, while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to advance the department's mission and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the pediatric rheumatology program
  • Provide medical leadership and expertise to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance clinical initiatives, education, and research
  • Foster partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers to promote healthcare access and equity
Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
  • Completion of a pediatric residency and a fellowship in pediatric rheumatology
  • Board certification
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership accomplishments
  • An interpersonal skillset that focuses on team-building
