We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and collecting high-quality specimens for testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently
- Provide superior customer service to patients and respond to their needs in a timely manner
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and billing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency required
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
