Warehouse Labor Specialist

48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Labor Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and repairing wooden pallets by hand using a nail gun.

• BUILDING AND REPAIRING PALLETs: The ideal candidate will have experience in manual labor, with the ability to lift wooden pallets weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• MULTI-TASKING SKILLS: You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under extreme weather conditions.
• SPECIALIZED SKILLS: Previous experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, welding, or logistics is highly desirable.

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
• Repetitively lift up to 50-75 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths in time
