Nussbaum Group is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead the installation of exceptional landscapes for high-end residential clients. As a key member of our team, you will own the success of each project, from initial client meetings to collaboration with award-winning landscape architects, construction, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership in the planning stage, collaborating with clients, landscape architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and track budgets for landscape construction projects.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, revisions, and additions.
  • Ensure adherence to the budget and company standards, communicating regularly with clients on budget progress and costs.
  • Manage all aspects of landscape construction projects.
  • Support Maintenance Project Managers as projects transition from construction to maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, field teams, and landscape architects.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of professional landscape experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Horticulture, or related field (a plus).
  • 3 years of client service experience within the landscape industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong ability to read plan sets and specifications, as well as quickly sketch details for clarification and review.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid WA driver license.
