Job Description

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for implementing and tracking individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families to support student development, and providing training and support to paraprofessionals and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students' needs.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of paraprofessionals and teachers in supporting students with special needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Illinois BCBA certification is mandatory for this role.
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a school or pediatric setting is essential.
