Executive Support Specialist for the Vice Chancellor

About the Job:
This role involves conducting research and analysis on high-level reports and data, applying organizational policies to address administrative issues, managing the Vice Chancellor's calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing key analytical support, researching, analyzing, and organizing data, as well as applying policies to ongoing administrative issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Assistance: Serve as a high-level contact for sensitive issues, interact with diverse clientele, oversee confidential correspondence, and manage calendars.
- Data Analysis: Provide key analytical support by researching, analyzing, and organizing data, applying policies to ongoing administrative issues.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the Vice Chancellor, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as needed.

Working Conditions:

Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $28.07 - 38.17 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings, and paid time off.
