Anesthesiology Director

We are seeking a skilled CRNA to lead our team of anesthesiologists at UPMC in Central Pennsylvania. As a Chief CRNA, you will oversee clinical services and contribute to delivering high-quality care. This position offers a 40/60 split between administrative and clinical opportunities.

This position comes with a salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role involves leading programming related to CRNA continuing education, retention, and clinical care delivery. You will also develop the future of CRNAs in our community by serving as a peer reviewer for CRNA evaluation and scope of practice.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree from an accredited program, proven experience working as a CRNA, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. They should also be eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
