About the Role

This is a travel nursing position at a reputable healthcare facility in Providence, RI. As a Clinical Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and services
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Certified Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Rhode Island
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
