About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Service Coordinator to join our team at Eurest. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless events.

The Event Service Coordinator will be responsible for assembling and delivering food and supplies to scheduled locations, maintaining accurate records of food temperatures, and setting up and arranging buffet tables according to standards.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As an Event Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding experience for our clients and their guests.

Job Summary

The Event Service Coordinator will:

  • Deliver and serve food at scheduled functions with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of food temperatures and other essential information.
  • Set up and arrange buffet tables according to company standards.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile.
  • Clean up after events, leaving the area neat and clean.
  • Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
Responsibilities

As an Event Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling and delivering food and supplies to scheduled locations.
  • Logging and maintaining accurate records of food temperatures.
  • Arranging tables and decorations according to company standards.
  • Serving food and beverages to guests with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Cleaning up after events, including breaking down setup and returning leftover food and equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Requirements

To be successful as an Event Service Coordinator, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
