We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Connect n Care ABA.

Our mission is to enable individuals with autism to lead healthy and independent lives by developing comprehensive behavior treatment plans that improve their social, communication, adaptive living, and behavioral skills.

About the Role:

This full-time BCBA position involves conducting functional and skill-based assessments, creating customized treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

You will work closely with parents and other professionals to develop strategies for implementing treatment plans in home and community settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments using Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other assessment tools
  • Developing and customizing treatment plans to address individual deficits based on assessment results
  • Supervising RBTs to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate data collection and program review records
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive behavior treatment plans
  • Addressing areas such as language acquisition, functional communication training, social skills development, daily living skills, decreasing maladaptive behaviors, community safety skills, toilet training, and executive function skills

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with the ASD population
  • At least 1 year of experience in home-based ABA programs preferred
  • Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
  • Proficiency in various assessment tools, including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
