Job Description

As a Floor Staff member, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring guests receive top-notch service
  • Working in various roles, including Box Office, Concession Stand, or Usher
  • Handling emergency situations with professionalism
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
