About Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $623,000, based on the national average RVU income for Orthopedic Surgeons and the location's cost of living.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 403b and 457b retirement plans, and hospital-provided liability insurance coverage.

A key aspect of our compensation package is the $71 per RVU incentive, which provides a quarterly bonus for exceeding threshold RVUs.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical school, complete a successful residency program in Orthopedic Surgery, and hold a current license to practice medicine in Arizona.

Fellowship training in trauma, joints, or sports medicine is preferred but not required.
