Job Summary

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive service to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Coaching and developing team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with area management and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring that customer needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on leadership and team development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,896.20 - $128,844.04 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
