Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Home Healthcare Professional in Lexington. This position involves providing high-quality patient care and services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer weekly paychecks and various benefits packages.

Job Responsibilities

As a Home Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This includes:

  • Providing skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from healthcare members and documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which you will practice
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
