Lead Industrial Process Development

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the development and optimization of industrial processes from inception through to start up. The successful candidate will have more than ten (10) years of refining/petrochemical industry experience, with a proven ability to work on multiple assignments independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Engineering Leadership: Conceive flow schemes, simulate units, develop PFDs, MFDs, and P&IDs comprehensively, specify equipment, lines, and instruments, and check junior engineer's work.
  • Project Management: Lead projects, effectively communicate all phases of process implementation, and assume project management responsibilities for studies and small projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance, assist in the startup of industrial facilities, participate in training of client personnel, and work on documents for Methods, Standards, or Procedures.
  • Safety and Quality: Take responsibility for health and safety, quality, and environmental sustainability, maintain awareness of policies, and proactively participate in their implementation.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in chemical or petroleum engineering required, Master's preferred.
  • Experience: More than ten (10) years of refining/petrochemical industry experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, analytical and decision-making skills.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
