We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Polisher to join our team at Tom Kadlec Kia. As a key member of our Detail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional vehicle detailing services.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Job

This role involves performing various tasks to prepare vehicles for sale or lease, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and cleaning interior surfaces. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all vehicles meet our high standards of quality and appearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and polish exterior surfaces, including paint, glass, and wheels.

  • Wash and dry vehicles, paying close attention to details such as trim, moldings, and emblems.

  • Vacuum and clean interior surfaces, including seats, carpets, and crevices.

  • Apply protective coatings and waxes to maintain the appearance and durability of vehicles.

  • Clean and restore engine compartments and undercarriages.

Requirements:

  • You must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

  • A valid driver's license is required.
